About Us

Chakan, Pune has developed as the hub of the Automobile Manufacturing Industry, with the presence of automotive giants like Bajaj Auto, Tata Motors, TVS , Force Motors, Mahindra & Mahindra, Volks Wagen , Mercedes Benz etc. Pune has advantage of good connectivity with Mumbai, Nashik, Bangalore etc. Our Journey in the auto components manufacturing sector started in 1993 with formation of Tanay Industries at Vasai,Maharashtra, a sole proprietorship by our M.D. Sushil Kumar Gupta, with the aim and vision of making a mark in the auto components manufacturing industry. Over the years the company grew under his indefinite leadership with Bajaj Auto as our major customer.

On Feb 14th 2014, Ojass Auto Components Pvt Ltd was formed with a vision and determination to become the leading auto components suppliers in the automotive industry. Our plant is located at Chakan MIDC in close vicinity of Bajaj Auto Ltd.

To reach to the destination we initially got certified by I.S.O. 9001-2000 by DNV and thereafter progressed to ISO 14000 to achieve & to avail of a quality mark. Due to our wide array of in house facilities and Professional approach, Product performance, Competitive pricing, Prompt delivery and Faithful service, we have been honoured by Bajaj Auto Ltd as a Quality Vendor. We started off with conventional Lathe and thereafter switched over to CNC Turning Lathe, and added Power press with in-house plating & Heat treatment. We strive to be a Quality manufacturer after ISO, implementation of 5 -S & controlling PPM. Today spread over an area of 40,000 Sq.Ft., Ojass Auto Components manufactures a wide range of components supported by a strength of 125 dedicated Technical, Skilled and Semi-skilled labours with a turn-over of 20 cores.(2015-16)
